Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga. It is an ancient philosophy that encourages the discovery how your wellness (mental, emotional and physical) is linked to the environment  through the elements of nature.

My story with Ayurveda

In 2008, a familial heart condition left me fearful with more questions than answers. Western medicine had very little specific diet and lifestyle advice for how to achieve my best health. I felt alone and afraid. I was delighted to learn that Ayurveda offers a way to look at my own personal mind/body/spiritual health through the eyes of nature (while working with the guidelines of western medicine). I fell in love with the way Ayurveda taught me how to listen my our body.

Now, with over 900 hours of formal Ayurveda training, I am proud to hold dual certifications as an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist and an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. I love helping others to feel their best through little shifts in diet, lifestyle, sleep, culinary herbs and energy management. I am pleased to offer Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching to help others to design their path to personal wellbeing.

Sign Up for One-On-One Ayurvedic Coaching

You may choose a single session to explore Ayurveda or dive deep into 3 months for a full season of support. Plans may include diet, lifestyle, yoga, meditation, and breathing practices. We will dive deep into your wellness including digestion, quality sleep, movement, energy and more. Choose between in studio sessions or let us know if you prefer a zoom meeting. Either way, sessions are customized to your individual goals and situation.

Ayurveda Coaching: 3 Months

Ayurveda takes a holistic approach to optimize each individual's diet and lifestyle for balanced wellbeing. With this package, you’ll get a personal ayurvedic assessment followed by 2 additional wellness coaching sessions. Begin your journey to meet your long and short term goals. Discover your unique path to balanced wellbeing.

  • Session 1 - 60-75 minute wellness assessment to assess your health and wellbeing through an ayurvedic lens. Your assessment includes long term mind/body patterns, current condition and long term goals. You will leave with a few basic recommendations to help you get started.

  • Session 2 - 60 minute coaching session. Session 2 concentrates on learning ayurveda's view of your unique constitution. During this session, we will co-create an action plan to address your goals and get your moving on your journey to balanced health and wellness.

  • Session 3 - 60 minute coaching session to check in, evaluate your progress and dive deeper into your special areas of concern/interest (may request topics such as seasonal diet, essential oils, ayurvedic cleanses, etc).

Ayurveda Coaching: Single Session

If you have a personal Ayurveda practice or want to dip your toes into an Ayurvedic lifestyle, a single session may be right for you.

This session will include a personalized assessment followed by your choice of one of the following.

  • Breathing practices (pranayama) to balance your Dosha (mind/body type)

  • Personalized yoga routine based on your individual Dosha

  • Design a morning self care ritual

  • Design an evening ritual for better sleep

  • Basic Ayurvedic eating practices

  • Explore Ayurvedic self care routines

  • Introduction to meditation

This plan includes a follow up email with a detailed summary of our discussion and any relevant links/resources.
